Step 1: Login to PET-A-HOOD mobile app, and enter to your profile page.	Step 2: Click "Member ID" at the upper right corner.
Step 3: Your membership number will be shown at your ID card.

Pet Show is going to held on Feb 2-5, 2023! To celebrate this event, PET-A-HOOD has prepared a giveaway campaign to dristribute total 200 Pet Show tickets (HK$30 per each ticket) for all of you! Download PET-A-HOOD mobile APP and complete all tasks to get a chance to win a ticket now!

Pet Show 2023 will take place Feb 2-5, 2023 at the Wan Chai Exhibition and Convention Centre.

How to get the ticket: (Only applicable on PET-A-HOOD mobile APP)

• Campaign is available for all new and existing members
• Download and open  《PET-A-HOOD》 Mobile APP and update to latest version
• Member's account must be verified
• Go to "PETSHOW" on the first page of PET-A-HOOD APP and submit the registration form (new member can sign-up directly)

Terms and Conditions:

1. This campaign is organised by PET-A-HOOD. The campaign period starts from Jan 16, 2022 and ends on Jan 25, 2022 23:59.
2. All participants must be a verified PET-A-HOOD members.
3. All participants must be a valid Hong Kong Residents and must be aged 18 years or above.
4. The campaign is only applicable on PET-A-HOOD mobile APP.
5. Each participant is eligible for only ONE entry and each confirmation email can redeem only ONE ticket.
6. All participants must ensure the information provided is authentic and accurate. PET-A-HOOD will not be liable for any loss resulted from incorrect data input or transmission error.
7. PET-A-HOOD will announce all eligible winners on campaign page on Jan 31, 2023.
8. Winners who meet the criteria will receive 1 free pet show 2023 ticket.
9. Free pet show 2023 ticket will be distributed by email according to your registrated email address on the registration form you have submitted.
10. Members must present the QR code in the confirmation email to redeem the ticket.
11. Total of 200 free tickets, first-come-first-serve basis and while stock last.
12. Prizes cannot be re-generated, resold, transferred or redeemed for cash.
13. Prize will not be re-issued if lost.
14. Qualified members should provide correct information. The information provided by the participants cannot be modified after submission. PET-A-HOOD is not liable for any damages or losses whatsoever arising as a result of the delay caused by PET-A-HOOD.
15. If any fraudulent information or any way to interrupt or control the application is found, PET-A-HOOD has the right to disqualify those applications without prior notice, explanation or compensation.
16. If the participant encounters a network connection or any mobile phone or computer program problem during the event and fails to complete the event, it is the participant's own responsibility, and PET-A-HOOD will not be held responsible.
17. PET-A-HOOD will not be responsible for any problems or data loss caused by the participant’s accidental exit of the promotional website, or due to any technical problems such as website/computer programs, viruses, hackings, system failures, etc.
18. Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission when individual is deemed inappropriate.
19. All arrangements of the exhibition are subject to the latest annoucement by the Organiser.
20. Amendment of the program details are subject to change without prior notice.
21. Special arrangement will be announced if the Organiser cancels the event due to bad weather or emergencies.
22. The Organiser will not bear any liabilities or responsibilities on the products or services provided by the exhibitors.
23. Smoking is prohibited in the event venue.
24. The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, change, terminate or revise "Terms and Conditions of Registration" at any time without prior notice.
25. Participants acknowledge and agree that PET-A-HOOD’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and binding.
26. PET-A-HOOD reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate this campaign and/or any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
27. The above Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
28. In case of any dispute, PET-A-HOOD reserves the right of final decision.
29. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of any materials related to this Campaign and these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
