We have worked with an international team of experts to make a completely new type of veterinary hospital, designed from the ground up to make your pet’s vet visit a calm, relaxed and happy experience – somewhere they’ll wag their tail or purr contentedly when they realise they’re coming in.

Can you imagine your dog jumping for joy every time you took him to the vet? What if every visit was fun, happy and a special outing for you and your best friend? That is what we are trying to achieve at Creature Comforts.

When you enter our clinic you will be greeted by one of our caring and dog loving staff. All of our staff members, from the reception staff to the nurses to the vets have received internationally recognised training in dog behaviour. Your dog will be welcomed by our staff and offered a treat (if he's allowed to eat one), and given a lot of attention. While you wait, you may attach your dog to one of our 'doggie parking' clips, so he can sniff around and feel at home without you having to hold him.

We want your dog to feel comfortable and at home during every visit. If they can associate the clinic with having a great time, it will make those visits when he's feeling unwell a lot more comfortable.

方便既location, 好易揾到路😗

一入到去嘅感覺已經覺得好溫馨，Staff一入到黎就同Miles挽，令佢對呢個地方一啲都唔會覺得抗拒。Dr. David好細心，佢知我第一次養狗狗，仲教咗我好多打理嘅小知識。😜 最重要既係～Miles嘅皮膚問題已經好返啦😙

🔗診所門面：光鮮亮麗。

🔗獸醫護士：無論在電話諮詢意見定當場接待也很有禮並專業，打針前、後很耐心講解，作用同副作用。

🔗獸醫手勢：不會過急，做完檢查，等貓貓放鬆才施打，並且快、狠、準，有信心打落去，不會令貓貓做成焦慮。

唔係默為搬左屋太遠，之後打針、身體檢查都會去搵返佢地。

Thor & Dr Quach 雷神與郭醫生
Thor has been seeing Dr Quach for over 5 years and his skin allergy has improved significantly as a frenchie. Creature offers home visit and we have also visited their TKO clinic. The service is very good and professional overall. 雷神看了郭醫生巳有五年. 皮膚敏感大有改善. 郭醫生可說流利廣東話. 服務態度很好. 亦提供上門服務非常方便 👍

good customer service
I’ve came here with my dog a couple of times and haven’t experienced anything negative so far. I think the staff are generally helpful and are very kind to my doggo! my doggo also doesn’t feel bad going to this vet!

醫生姑娘細心
門口已經有好靚裝修。
而且等候區都好舒服，入去醫生同姑娘檢查令主子們都唔會有壓力。
