Dr. Owen
Both of my dogs had done leg surgery here by Dr. Owen. He is such a professional and good doctor, both surgery we have done are excellent.
We have done a lot of research by visiting a few vets before we made our decision. Victory Animal Hospital is our final choice in terms of price and the hospital environment & equipment. If you are looking for patellar luxation or Legg-calve-perthes disease (LCPD) surgery.
Dr. Owen is highly recommended. Both of our dogs walks really well now.
