員工態度真的很重要
理論上新港城分店比較近我家桃B，終於喺迎海分店成為會員了。兩間分店所入的貨品一樣，為什麼要到迎海分店幫襯？聰明的飼主可以去感受一下兩者嘅分別。（偷笑。）迎海分店有碗水 供顧客的寵物飲用，狗狗亦都可以落地同飼主一齊揀，有寵物蛋糕等出售，購物後可以蓋印仔儲分

樂而忘返咁消費
舖頭雖然唔係超大間，但係產品種類非常多，間隔寬敞舒適好行，要喺度消費實在非常容易。加上店員非常親切，會主動了解顧客需要，提供不同產品嘅介紹，亦會提供好多唔同嘅建議，令顧客每一次都有樂而忘返嘅感覺

超健談友善嘅員工
鋪面好大好舒服，產品分類清晰及種類繁多。問店員有關貓貓成日食剩糧嘅問題，都好耐心解答，分享自己養貓嘅經驗，推介唔同嘅產品俾我，十分之健談，傾到差啲唔捨得走。
