• It generally takes about 5-7 days for production and shipment after the order is placed (depending on the current order quantity).
• Cake/Pawty Gift is recommended to be booked** at least 3 weeks** in advance so that both parties can have sufficient communication, design and production. (Urgent orders may not be accepted, it depends on the current order quantity)
• All orders will only be officially placed after receiving payment confirmation.
• Since the product is all natural and doesn't contain any preservatives or additives, please store it properly in a dry and cool place. Remember to close the packaging or storage container properly to ensure the quality.
• Air-dried products: Please store properly in a cool place and try to avoid sunlight or humid places. Under normal situation, it can be stored for 2.5 months if unopened, and 1.5 months after opening. It is recommended to finish it as soon as possible.
• Fresh products: Please store them properly in the refrigerator and avoid getting close to heat sources. Under normal situation, it can be stored in the refrigerator around 3-4 days, or in the freezer around 1 week. It is recommended to finish it as soon as possible.
• Please order suitable products based on your furry child's physical condition or constitution. If your furry child has any food allergies or diseases that need to be aware, please inquire or indicate it when ordering. We will be happy to provide advice and try our best to cooperate to changing the ingredients of the product.
• Fresh food/cakes are not provide shipping to ensure the quality.
• Shipping is risky, if you choose to ship any product, please consider that you have to take your own risk.

• PET-A-HOOD is responsible for managing and administering its website, arranging order processing and fulfillment for the products or services you ordered from the merchant through its website.
• Whatever item you purchase via PET-A-HOOD will be subject to the terms and conditions of that merchant. The merchant is responsible for the sale and for dealing with any claims or any other issues arising out of or in connection with the contract between you and the merchant.
