Merchant Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before using the services of Furbabies’ meal limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘’we’’, ’’our’’ or ”the Company“）. If you use the services of the Company or purchase any products through our online platform, you are automatically deemed to agree to all the terms. If you have any questions or disagreements about the terms, please check with our staff. All food will be held in isothermic bags and third-part delivery service.

• To maintain food quality, please store it within One (1) hours in the freezer below -18C; the foods must be enjoyed within Best before.
• All pictures are for reference only. The colour, size, weight and shape of the food are subject to actual delivery.
• The Company will provide your pet with relevant information about your pet food as far as practically possible. However, you must clearly understand your pet needs and notify the Company before placing the order. The Company will not compensate by way of reproduction of food or refund, under and without limitation to the following condition: a/ food allergy b/ food portion c/ religious issues d/ pet perference.
• Customers are required to check carefully for the quantity and quality of goods received, a return will not be accepted after customers’ acceptance of goods.
• If you find that the product has been damaged / incomplete packaging, quality problems or omissions or errors in delivery To deliver the product, you can apply to us for return or replacement within seven (7) days of the date of receipt, but you must meet the following prerequisites: Provide valid proof of the details of the returned goods; Present valid documents / evidence to prove that the product with the problem is purchased in pet-hood; Take the image of the product in question as soon as possible and send it to us as evidence via email/instant messaging software; The goods requested to be returned are unused, in the original state of sale and unused.
• If you meet the requirements and we are satisfied, we will arrange the return and replacement of the same product within seven (7) days after the return is approved and once time only.
• In case of disputes, we reserve the rights of final decision.
• The term and conditions have been translated into English. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.

PET-A-HOOD Terms & Conditions

• PET-A-HOOD is not the seller or supplier of the products of services.
• PET-A-HOOD is responsible for managing and administering its website, arranging order processing and fulfillment for the products or services you ordered from the merchant through its website.
• Whatever item you purchase via PET-A-HOOD will be subject to the terms and conditions of that merchant. The merchant is responsible for the sale and for dealing with any claims or any other issues arising out of or in connection with the contract between you and the merchant.
• Service arrangement will be processed and will based on the customer's provided information via the order without prior notice.
• Product images are provided by merchants. For reference only.
• Once an order has been placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• PET-A-HOOD reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website.
• By placing an order with PET-A-HOOD, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.
