2. Eligibility: Register as a PET-A-HOOD member, write 5 or more reviews during the campaign period and complete your pet's profile (we arrange the most suitable prize for your pet according to this information)
3. The first 100 members to write 5 or more reviews during the campaign period will be named winners and receive prizes.
4. Each Pet-a-hood member is entitled to 1 prize only.

Guidelines for writing reviews
1. Write a review of any store, veterinary clinic, restaurant, cafe or any place listed on Pet-a-hood's website, that you have personally visited
2. You can describe your personal experience or provide other pet lovers with information about the store's services, environment, transportation, prices, etc. You can also remind other pet owners what to be aware of when visiting the place. Unique and useful information will enrich the reviews and help your fellow pet lovers!
3. We also encourage you to upload relevant pictures to make your reviews more attractive!

Go to [Profile], then [My Pet's Profile] and fill in your pet's information so that we can arrange suitable prizes according to your pet's information.

Campaign Terms and Conditions
1. Winners will receive an email from Pet-a-hood informing them of the details of the prize and prize collection details.
2. Prizes will be arranged by Pet-a-hood according to the type of pet.
3. Delivery by post is only applicable to winners in Hong Kong. If the winner's mailing address is not in Hong Kong, he/she has to collect the prize by himself/herself. Pet-a-hood does not handle the mailing of the prize to any overseas address. Prize will not be re-issued if lost.
4. If the prizes are to be redeemed by vouchers, the instructions for redemption will be sent through email. You must access the Account with your mobile device and internet connection in order to redeem any vouchers through the Application at the Redemption Point.
5. Vouchers cannot be re-generated, resold, transferred or redeemed for cash.
6. Vouchers can only be redeemed at the Redemption Point and subject to all Terms and Conditions.
7. By acknowledging and agreeing, participants agree that Pet-a-hood is not responsible for the quality, safety, availability or violation of any applicable laws or regulations of the products and/or services provided by the sponsors and that participants are entirely at their own risk.
8. By acknowledging and agreeing, participants agree that Pet-a-hood is not responsible for the use or redemption of any Voucher and is not responsible for any acts of any sponsor or redemption point that provides, uses or redeems the Voucher.
9. Pet-a-hood will reject, move or delete any reviews which contain inappropriate, malicious or promotional content, including but not limited to any reviews with any of the above content, and shall reserve the rights to remove or not to publish any review content at its sole discretion without reason nor notice.
10. If a participant is found to use a false name and/or invalid email address or adopt any way to invade and/or modify the computer program or dishonestly to participate in this campaign, Pet-a-hood reserves the right to disqualify the participants’ entitlement to the prize and to retrieve the prize if it had been given. The participant will bear all related and associated responsibilities, liabilities and consequences.
11. By participating in this campaign, the participant agrees that his/her personal data will be used by Pet-a-hood and its sponsors for direct marketing purposes and communication uses.
12. By participating in this campaign, the participant agrees to all of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Pet-a-hood reserves the right of final decision.
13. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of any materials related to this Campaign and these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.

• This voucher provides "One Complimentary Night", based on a one time use for a minimum two nights consecutive stay, and is only valid when minimum one night stay is purchased.

• All bookings are subject to the availability of room type.
