As the year draws to a close, the western edge of the waterfront lawn in West Kowloon transforms into a festive Christmas village. A colossal Christmas tree, standing proudly at over 20 meters tall, resembling the height of a six-story building, majestically graces the center of the village, radiantly shimmering against the backdrop of the Victoria Harbour. The Christmas decorations at Festival Walk in Kowloon Tong showcase a unique and distinctive style, created through a collaborative effort between teams from Hong Kong and Thailand. Utilizing 10 tons of recycled iron and wood, they have crafted a magnificent 15-meter-high Christmas treehouse and 12 Christmas puppet sculptures. Within the grand treehouse, the use of mirrors creates a mesmerizing kaleidoscope effect, resembling the vibrant hues of European stained glass. Both inside and outside the treehouse, 18 whimsical and charming fantasy mushroom decorations, adorned with touch-sensitive lights, bring forth a magical display of colorful illumination.

Within these magical boxes lies a realm of wonder, concealing vibrant and colorful Christmas ornaments that create mesmerizing optical illusions when reflected in mirrors. Firstly, from November 23rd to December 17th, AIRSIDE has created an upgraded Christmas playground for pets, where furry companions and their owners can enjoy a delightful photo opportunity amidst a dazzling array of Christmas decorations designed exclusively for cats and dogs.
