Terms and Conditions:

• Participants must carefully read the event's terms and conditions. By registering, participants agree to comply with and accept all terms and conditions listed here and any introduced thereafter.
• Participants must ensure that the information provided is accurate and correct.
• Participation in the event is voluntary, and participants agree to assume all risks involved. Participants waive any right to seek claims or hold the organizers, including the event committee, planners, sponsors, or supporting organizations, liable for any personal injury, accident, death, or any form of loss that may occur during travel to and from the event venue, during the event itself, or due to any other reasons.
• For the safety of all attendees and pets, please ensure that your pet is properly restrained and its behavior is appropriately controlled to prevent any disturbance or harm to others.
• All participants must pay the full event fee at the time of registration.
• Once registration is confirmed, no changes to the registration details will be accepted, including name changes or group changes.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If participants provide incorrect information, fail to complete payment, register multiple times, or do not meet the eligibility requirements, BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd and PET-A-HOOD Limited reserve the right to cancel their participation, and the fees paid will not be refunded.
• Participants are responsible for completing the payment process through the specified channels within the designated time frame. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their registration. The organizers will not send additional payment reminders, grant extensions, or accept alternative payment methods.
• Successful registration is confirmed upon payment completion and receipt of a confirmation email. If participants do not receive a confirmation email within one day of submitting their registration, they should contact the organizers via email at [email protected].
• The organizers reserve the right to change the registration deadline without prior notice.
• PET-A-HOOD Limited, BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd, and their sponsors are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur to participants or their pets on the day of the event.
• By attending the event, participants authorize PET-A-HOOD, BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd, and their sponsors to photograph, record, and retain their and their pets' images, names, voices, and likenesses, to create photos, audio, video, and multimedia recordings (collectively referred to as "Recordings"). These Recordings may be used permanently, in any location, in any media now or in the future, for promotional, commercial, or other purposes. Participants understand and agree that no payment or compensation will be provided for the use of these Recordings.
• BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd reserves the final decision-making authority on all matters related to the event, and any changes will be made without prior notice.

PET-A-HOOD Terms & Conditions

• PET-A-HOOD is not the seller or supplier of the products of services.
• PET-A-HOOD is responsible for managing and administering its website, arranging order processing and fulfillment for the products or services you ordered from the merchant through its website.
• Whatever item you purchase via PET-A-HOOD will be subject to the terms and conditions of that merchant. The merchant is responsible for the sale and for dealing with any claims or any other issues arising out of or in connection with the contract between you and the merchant.
• Service arrangement will be processed and will based on the customer's provided information via the order without prior notice.
• Product images are provided by merchants. For reference only.
• Once an order has been placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• PET-A-HOOD reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website.
• By placing an order with PET-A-HOOD, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.
