How do I subscribe to a plan?

You can subscribe on our PET-A-HOOD business website. PET-A-HOOD offers three different subscription plans: Starter, Standard, and Pro. Our Starter plan is completely free and allows you to use the platform's basic features and services. If you want to unlock more features, you can choose the Standard or Pro plan directly on the PET-A-HOOD business website and click "Get Started" to subscribe. You can also upgrade to other plans at any time from the merchant portal.

What are the payment methods for subscription?

We only accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay, American Express, and Alipay) as payment methods for subscriptions.

Why is store verification required even for subscribing to the Starter plan?

Regardless of which plan you subscribe to, we require store verification to ensure that the information and services provided on our platform are authentic and trustworthy. Store verification includes providing relevant information such as a valid local business registration certificate for approval.

What is the subscription process?

After subscribing, you will receive an email notification from PET-A-HOOD requesting you to activate your company account and submit the required store information. Once you have submitted the information, our team will review it within 3 business days. Once your verification is approved, you can log in to the backend platform and start using the relevant features.

Why can't I log in to the backend after subscribing?

After subscribing, please make sure to follow the instructions provided and log in to the merchant backend to complete the necessary steps (refer to the above question for details). If you are unable to access the backend after subscribing, it may be because your account has not completed the verification process. Please check your email and make sure you have followed the instructions in the email to activate your account and submit the store information.

How can I switch from the Starter plan to other subscription plans?

Simply log in to the merchant portal and select “Plans and Billing” where you can find the corresponding subscription plans. Choose the plan you wish to upgrade to and follow the instructions to select the payment method and complete the upgrade process. Once the upgrade is completed, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding fee, and you can immediately enjoy the upgraded subscription plan. How can I switch from the Standard plan to the Pro plan?

If you are already subscribed to the Standard plan, you can log in to the platform and switch to the Professional plan. We will charge you the price difference for the new subscription service and immediately switch your plan. If a company has multiple branches, how can they subscribe?

Our backend system supports the management of multiple stores. First, you can choose the plan you are interested in and subscribe, then submit the information for the main store for verification. If you need to add information for other branches, you can contact us via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp our business hotline at 5986-9711. Our team will assist you and provide the necessary support and guidance.

Can multiple administrators operate the same account?

Yes, you can log in to your account and access the backend on multiple devices simultaneously.

Cancellation Policies

How do I cancel the subscription?

You can request to cancel the subscription at any time by logging into the merchant backend > Subscription Plan, changing the subscription plan, and following the instructions.

When can I cancel the subscription?

Once you have submitted a cancellation request, your subscription will take effect from the next billing cycle.

If I choose to downgrade within the billing cycle, when will the downgrade take effect?

If you choose to downgrade within the billing cycle, the downgrade will take effect from the next billing cycle. For example, if your subscription to the Standard plan runs from April 1st to April 30th, and you choose to downgrade on April 16th, the downgrade will take effect from May 1st, and you will be switched to the Starter plan.

How can I cancel the auto-renewal subscription service?

For monthly subscription cancellation: You need to cancel the subscription at least 1 day before the end of the subscription month; otherwise, the subscription will automatically renew until the end of the next subscription month.

 

For annual subscription cancellation: You need to cancel the subscription at least 1 day before the end of the subscription period; otherwise, the subscription will automatically renew for another year until the end of the next subscription period.

 

If you have canceled the paid subscription plan, you will be automatically switched to the Starter plan and can continue to use some basic features.
