Terrible grooming

I paid $800 for hand cut for my dog on 17/8 at 4 pm. I was in a rush to pick up my dog after waiting for 3 hours, so I didn’t check properly in the shop and paid $800. I came home and found my dog actually wasn’t cut. I complained. I then sent photo to them by WhatsApp that night and followed with many photos to them the next morning. They didn’t reply. Then I called them. A woman spoke English with me. She just said “we cut and you want recut”. She asked me to bring my dog for recut. after careful consideration, I didn’t take my dog to the shop because this is not recut and they didn’t provide the service as I paid. As at today, Bdog still didn’t reply my WhatsApp complaint.
