Great Service
I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care and compassion that my vet Dr Marcella Chan provided to my dog, Moses. During his battle with cancer, she ensured that Moses received the utmost attention and comfort during his final days, and stayed overnight to provide care to Moses. I am grateful for the support and expertise demonstrated by Marcella throughout this difficult time. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine concern were truly remarkable.
如今，我們有了Sosuke，即使Sosuke自出生患有免疫系統失調、嚴重皮膚敏感、腎功能障礙等等，Marcella在治療方面有專業見解，能在複雜的病情下處方有效的藥物，確保Sosuke能處於穩定的狀態。另外亦非常欣賞診所的人員的細緻、認真的態度。他們對醫生的藥物處方有基本了解，亦掌握寵物的病歷，表現關懷和體貼。我衷心讚揚診所團隊成員爲提供優質醫療服務所付出的努力。

整潔嘅獸醫診所
朋友推薦嘅獸醫診所，第一次帶Ninja過來係打第三針疫苗，獸醫有幫佢量體重，探熱，檢查眼耳口鼻，全程都好順利完成。第二次過來睇獸醫係因為Ninja嘅耳仔突然出現好多好多耳屎，擔心佢會唔會有乜蚤，獸醫用棉花棒抹一抹佢隻耳仔，再攞耳屎去顯微鏡下化驗，好彩無事。第三次過來係買revolution & 驅蟲藥片。來過咁多次每一次嘅體驗都幾好，姑娘/助理/獸醫都好細心同態度好。

definitely not recommend this service. Marcella Chan, so-called doctor, has no sympathy at all. she ignored all the medical history we provided, that my cat has kidney problem. she was peeing blood but she recommended us to do various bacteria culture tests and even cancer cell test. the ultrasound came out clear but she said there is possibility of tumor. it took a while for her to understand our questions, the only request was to give my cat liquid medicine instead of pills. but it took her forever to understand. we wanted her to look at the history so she can prescribe liquid medicines as they did before, but only thing came out from her was "I wasn't the one who prescribed the meds". that is the use of medical history! read and try to understand! if you are looking for an irresponsible, impatient vet, she is the perfect one you should go for. all they want is you to spend money on unnecessary tests, when you're worrying about your pets, it's time for them to rob you. this so-called vet marcella chan is mean and unprofessional.

外藉醫生斷症準確，手勢好，仔仔傷口很快復原。但診所行政服務麻麻，本身預約第一個睇醫生，竟以手術時長為由將手術排到最後，要仔仔白白在診所等全日。

罕有的上門診症
早於兩年前的的忽然尖叫，行行企企都覺得痛，抱起更是慘叫，見到咁既情況我覺得唔適合再抱動了，於是經朋友介紹得知有上門獸醫。由查詢到完成booking只花了十分鐘。醫生準時下午四點到場，診斷後係頸膊肌肉拉傷，應該係玩毛巾Chok親🤣！ 醫生幫佢打左支肌肉鬆弛針，以及開左藥物控制。醫生同護士都好專業拖左2大箱醫療物品診症，而診金更是比我想像上平。對於特殊情況不失為一個好選擇！
