OUR MISSION: LAP, Lifelong Animal Protection Charity Founded in 2005 by Shelia McClelland, LAP is a volunteer-based and no-kill organization that exists to help animals in distress around Hong Kong. The charity will provide temporary shelter and medical care for rescued cats and dogs to find suitable and permanent new homes.
