令人安心的善終公司
環境衛生良好, 職員有善, 有同理心. 不hard sell.
火化前會把小狗身軀暖和, 把毛毛整理得乾淨整齊.
讓我可以好好的跟小狗作最後道別. 謝謝.

友善的寵物善終
菲菲因急病走了，打電話後2小時就有車過嚟接走佢。到火化當日因為家人遲了送別，都容許等候多一陣，亦可親眼睇住菲菲入火爐，大約兩小時就可取骨灰，員工有禮貌，環境平靜

鼠鼠畢業了🎓
鼠鼠凌晨往生，職員好好咁安排最早嘅時間嚟接鼠鼠走。過程中有安慰我地，手勢溫柔對待鼠鼠🥺
順利約好火化日子，會有30分鐘同鼠鼠最後相處時刻。房間有電視，主人可以自攜USB，喺悼念儀式播放。電視旁亦有紙巾提供😭😭😭
見到大堂有唔少主人租用咗格仔位安放往生嘅寵物骨灰甕同紀念品，氣氛都幾平靜。
過程順利，地點亦方便，職員好有愛心。
