Kowloon West Animal Hospital is located near Austin Station, Kowloon Station and Jordan Station. We have an exclusive physiotherapy department, and the equipment includes a hydrotherapy rehabilitation treadmill and lasertherapy machines imported from the United States. We provide comprehensive and diversified physiotherapy services, including hydrotherapy, lasertherapy, acupuncture, manual massage, Traditional Chin Acupuncture, kinetics therapy, deep muscle training, etc. We understand that physical therapy is not limited to the hospital, so we also provide different auxiliary products to allow customers to perform simple rehabilitation at home with pets, such as auxiliary walking belts, electromagnetic anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving collars, etc. In addition to the Physiotherapy Department, we also have a comprehensive veterinary service. We have two consulting rooms, an X-ray room, a laboratory department, a Chinese and Western pharmacy, a first-class and advanced operating room and a dental operating room. The inpatient department also has separate cats, dogs, and isolation wards. We conduct general consultation, surgery, hospitalization and other services on a daily basis so that pets can receive all-around care.

少貴但醫護細心

每次睇完醫生隔幾日都會收到診所電話關心佢地康復情況，對主人黎講係好窩心同貼心的。

收費尚算合理，服務可以

公貓絕育收費合理，傷口都 ok，之前照心臟超聲波價錢都好合理，其他診金同藥物等收費都可以，唔會亂叫人驗嘢同買藥，不過如獸醫放假換了其他獸醫睇，佢哋會唔知之前的獸醫建議過啲咩。

職員友善，但係預約咗都等一個鐘

帶Dobby去打預防針，已經係約咗時間
去到其實都見唔到有好多寵物等緊，但係我喺預約嘅時間準時到達，都唔知點解要等咗成一個幾鐘，整體感覺體驗唔好

unreasonable price

Unreasonable price. I took my cat for desex and the wound bursted after 3 days, they suggested an immediate operation to stitch the wound and gave me a quotation with 3 times higher price than the desex operation fee (which is already a bit more expensive than market price). 2 days later i consulted another vet and they said operation is not needed at all. It is not all about money but i think unnecessary operation cause more risk to animal, and they only care about your money in my opinion.
