Our hospital has been rooted in Kwun Tong District for many years and is well-known for providing excellent veterinary services to the residents of Kwun Tong District. We combine Chinese and Western veterinary approaches to provide an alternative option for pet owners. Most of our professional veterinarians have been awarded certificates in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. We have a dedicated acupuncture room that can accommodate two acupuncture beds. There is also a pharmacy of both Chinese and Western medicine, meeting the needs of different diseases. We also have dedicated inpatient wards and isolation wards to keep feline and canine patients apart, to ensure that the animals in the hospital are taken care of properly and low-stress.

We understand that in veterinary medicine, the traditional western medicine point of view is not the only way to understand the disease, so we combine the traditional wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine, introduce Chinese medicine, acupuncture and new technologies, such as laser treatment and stem cell therapy.
The group also has a surgery center (Westland Animal Hospital) and a physiotherapy center (Kowloon West Animal Hospital) to work together to provide pets with complex illnesses with appropriate treatment, whether in terms of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, surgery, or rehabilitation and maintenance, we can provide a comprehensive one-stop service.

搬咗新舖之後 成個體驗好咗好多
今年終於搬咗去對面嘅新舖，成個環境同體驗都upgrade咗好多

-等候嘅位置區域大咗超過一倍
-分開貓狗等候區，貓貓唔再俾啲狗仔嚇親
-見到有獨立嘅貓病房
-多咗診症室
-診症室大咗好多

之前都有去佢集團其他舖頭，係得觀塘呢間特別細，今次終於換到新舖，貓貓狗狗去睇醫生又可以舒服好多

每三個月就要到診所去買貓咪杜蟲藥
原來診所搬到了對面去
舊址環境比較狹窄，新環境非常新而且光亮和大

診所職員友善，回覆快速！
小狗Mobi由細到大都好容易敏感🤧試過做幾次測試都唔能夠準確搵到致敏源。經朋友介紹吓，嚟到東九龍動物醫院，呢度有幾款唔同國家嘅致敏源測試可以做，最後揀咗台灣嘅版本去做測試，唔使10日就有結果🥹！

參考左結果幾個月去餵食，Mobi敏感情況都改善咗❣️

感恩遇到一班好醫生同護士，叉燒係3及4個月時黎打針，醫生手勢同講解都好好，叉燒打針都好定定，完全無大叫👍🏾遲d 我哋一定會帶叉燒黎呢度絕育架🤭

由豆豆細個開始已經帶佢去
無論係打疫苗，睇症都好好，醫生好專業 有時唔記得book打疫苗時間都會打嚟問下狗狗打左針未，睇完醫生過幾日都會打嚟問返個情況點，唔錯！
