Un Chau Estate Bougainvillea Tunnel
Un Chau Village is a public housing estate in Sham Shui Po. There is a 30 meters long garden tunnel next to the Yuen Lok Building. Bougainvillea trees are planted on both sides of the round arch tunnel. The entire roof of the tunnel is covered by clusters of pink bougainvillea, which turned the tunnel into a wonderland. While check-in photos are top-notch, be aware that bougainvillea is poisonous to dogs. Gastrointestinal problems such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrheal will be caused if dogs ingested bougainvillea. So keep in mind that you should keep your distance to bougainvillea to ensure the safety of your dog.

Sunflower in Shun Sum Yuen Farm
Shun Sum Yuen Farm is a must-visit flower viewing spot. The owner of the field plants different flower species according to the season to make sure that flowers are blossoming whenever you visit. At the beginning of the year, there are lilies and gladiolus. Tulips and lavenders can be found in February and mid-march, and the famous sunflower field in Shun Shum Yuen Farm blooms in April. Since the owner arranges different planting times deliberately, the Sunflower Festival spans several months from late spring to summer. In addition, decorations are constantly being changed. A Dutch windmill was added early on. During the New Year, there are Japanese red torii gates, traditional oil-paper umbrellas, and paper lanterns. Not only is Shun Sum Yuen Farm a check-in spot, but also a little market. You can buy fresh flowers and taste fresh and sweet fruits at very affordable prices. Sai Kung Lions Nature Education Centre
The Lions Nature Education Centre, which covers an area of about 16 hectares, is the best playground for dogs. There are hillsides, grasslands, small bridges over the flowing stream, ponds, and pavilions in the field. Different scenery appears in the four seasons. The Chinese plums stand in the late winter and early spring. White pear flowers and pink Japanese bush cherries blossom in the spring. In summer, the lotus flowers in the pond are in full bloom. Flowers are everywhere in the garden, dogs can run and play freely. Also, there is a pet-friendly cafe to rest when you and your dog are tired from walking.

Tulips at Lake Egret Nature Park in Tai Po
Billow bar seafood bistro is a pet-friendly restaurant, it is famous for its beautiful scenery and excellent decorations. There is a dense tulip flower field outside the restaurant, with white European-style buildings and lake views. Pet owners can take pictures of their pets in the path between the flowers, but be aware that tulips contain toxins that are harmful to dogs and cats. The toxins are mainly concentrated in the rhizomes. If they ingested it by mistake, it will stimulate the stomach and cause a lot of drooling, loss of appetite, vomiting, and diarrheal. Worse, it will damage the central nervous system, causing systemic convulsions and heartbeat disorders. There was a case where a cat died from eating tulips in the UK. Cheung Chau Cherry Blossoms
Do you miss traveling to Japan and South Korea? Cherry Blossoms are famous in Japan and South Korea. There are also cherry blossoms in Hong Kong! There are more than ten cherry trees planted in the front garden of Cheung Chau Kwan Kung Pavilion, attracting a lot of tourists during the flowering season. Cherry blossoms in Cheung Chau were transplanted from Taiwan. To visit the spot, you can walk along Tung Wan Road from Cheung Chau Ferry Pier, then turn right to Police Station Drive and walk along the slope for about ten minutes to reach the Pavilion. Although it is not as magnificent as the large cherry blossoms in Japan and South Korea, the combination of the pink cherry trees with the green-roofed red pillar formed a unique picture.
