2. Existing Member (Can get 2 tickets)
Applicable to members who registered on or before Sep 13, 2022.
• Submit this registration form
• Download 《PET-A-HOOD》mobile app
• Complete the account profile and pet profile, including the "Add a Pet" page, fashion size and weight on the PET-A-HOOD mobile app
• Write 2 reviews within the campaign period (with relevant photos)
* Prize will be distributed by post according to your registrated address on the registration form you have submitted.
* Eligible members will receive a confirmation email from PET-A-HOOD for prize redemption before Sep 16, 2022. Unsuccessful candidates will not received any notification.
* Limited quotas only, first-come-first-serve basis and while stock last.

Terms and Conditions:
1. This event is organised by PET-A-HOOD. The campaign period starts from Sep 14, 2022 and ends on Sep 15, 2022 23:59.
2. The campaign is not applicable to LEVEL 3 members. LEVEL 3 members will receive individual notifciations.
3. The campaign is not applicable to the first around "Pet Show 2022 Ticket Giveaway" winners.

4. New register members who meet the criteria will receive 1 free pet show 2022 ticket. Existing members who meet the criteria will receive 2 pet show 2022 tickets.
5. Total of 300 free tickets, first-come-first-serve basis and while stock last.
6. PET-A-HOOD will reject, move or delete any reviews which contain inappropriate, malicious or promotional content, including but not limited to any reviews with any of the above content, and shall reserve the rights to remove or not to publish any review content at its sole discretion without reason nor notice.
7. If any fraudulent information or any way to interrupt or control the application is found, PET-A-HOOD has the right to disqualify those applications without prior notice, explanation or compensation.
8. Qualified members will receive a confirmation email from PET-A-HOOD for prize redemption on or before Sep 16, 2022.
9. No individual notifications will be sent to unsuccessful or waitlisted members.
10. Prizes cannot be re-generated, resold, transferred or redeemed for cash.
11. Delivery by post is only applicable to qualified members in Hong Kong. If the member's mailing address is not in Hong Kong, he/she has to collect the prize by himself/herself. PET-A-HOOD does not handle the mailing of the prize to any overseas address. Prize will not be re-issued if lost.
12. Qualified members should provide correct information. PET-A-HOOD is not liable for any damages or losses whatsoever arising as a result of the delay caused by PET-A-HOOD.
13. By participating in this campaign, the participant agrees to all of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, PET-A-HOOD reserves the right of final decision.
14. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of any materials related to this Campaign and these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
